The young ones posted here will be with their parents. Focus on the older ones here. A 20-something wholesome woman is ideal. Before church, try to linger at the back, so when you see an attractive woman come in alone, you can casually follow her into the pew. Many churches get crowded as mass time approaches, so good chance you'll be squeezed in tight against her. Act gentlemanly though. Or go into the pew right behind her. You'll be able to stare at her ass the entire time. Catholics do a thing where everyone gives a "sign of peace" to everyone one around them. Usually say couple words, or smile, or shake hands. It's a good ice-breaker.
Also, you can approach her in the parking lot with a question or comment. Just say you're new to the area and tried her church for the first time. Any ploy handled correctly usually works, because this type of woman is always naive.
