Its quite simple. Twins are more insecure about eachother than siblings and best friends. You have to find something that the other twin is praised for or is common knowledge and work that angle. If she is smarter, or wilder, or more cool or has a dark side or whatever. You make that an irresistible quality that has forced you to talk to her about.
