Suggestion:
To reduce the stress that the website is having, either make it private or have a possible donation option. The donation option would allow certain members to have priority, or at least the main uploaders to the website. This would allow the regular members to either have priority, which would bring in more content, or have an invite only system enabled. It has worked for hundreds of other groups. Just a suggestion.
