you're logic is flawed. it means, of the legal content that gets posted we pass no moral judgement on it. companies like Clear Channel put their own moral/political correctness in their TOS. meaning they restrict themselves due to a higher standard of conducting business. we dont.... unless its own by someone and we get a DMCA violation.
