wouldnt say fake, just mechanically enhanced. he most likely he uses a cock pump. I saw a vid with the same guy and he said he was 13in. theres a give away when someone uses a pump to enhance, the head is always half the size or less of the shaft. and the shaft gets all distorted, as is his.
