UFOs are the inter dimensional vehicles of the fallen angels, the specific class of demon that attacked you are known as the "watchers" they have a long and well documented history of harming us but most people have never heard of this and will complete their life cycles without ever knowing the truth, I say to you friend don't end ur life if you do the truth you know will die with you only one thing destroys the darkness of the lie and that is the light of the truth.
