Buddy this one is easy. You message her and say you are wracked with guilt and that you have to admit to your wife what happened. She might try to convince you to stop and that is where you tell her that you can't focus and that you are going to stop messaging. At that point she will likely be desperate so she will try to meet you any chance she gets to stop you. So you conveniently place yourself where you know she will find you (gym or home) and she will come to you. Then tell her you aren't going to talk with her publicly and get her at home or in your car. At that point you have to judge but either she will try to get you on her side by fucking you or you can let her know that if you are going to keep it a secret then you want to keep this situation going (depending on your personality and hers). Then you make her eat your ass so she knows whats what.
