By the way you're writing this, you haven't implemented any of that advice. Nor does it appear you intend to, if you're asking the same question you did last time.
So here is my advice: Stop being an attention whore. Grow some balls. Get some courage. Work out. Actually talk to some girls. Maybe take one out on a date. Stop fixating on this woman. Stop with your cheating fantasies; you don't have the courage to live like that.
