I put off 70 ish pounds of fat and put on more than half of that in muscle over the last year. I get the same feels as you with those bitches who didn't appreciate the man I used to be. I would put half of the blame on higher testosterone (weight loss helps raise it) and that revenge you talk about.

Also I wouldn't feel guilty ever as long as you didn't purposely seduce them first. If they can't stay with the person they are with fuck em, fair game IMHO.
