i am an AMERICAN female & i can say this... when i am on my messengers i get requests daily from random guys who are from other countries about half are from Europe/UK area and out of them a huge portion usually end up asking or talking to me about wanting to come and live in the US, wanting to get married so they can come here, or they end up telling some sob story about how their wife is dead and they have a young child, no job & etc... so from my experience YES to me they DO seem to want to come to America or are jealous of us here.
