Take up rock climbing and troll climbing gyms for chicks. That's the place to find girls who smoke weed. But you can't just go up to someone and be like "hey baby, wanna smoke some weed with me?" You have to exhibit some social skills and talk to them first. Once you've introduced yourself, found some similarities, and endeared yourself to them, then you can proposition for continued activities.

Op here. I have had at least 10 women over and fucked them from Clist. I have also paid for it (from clist) In NYC where I came from I had a few ladies over. It was harder there because of all the competition.
Where I live now, I see a few ads from women put "420" in there ads.
I also had an encounter with a chick who wanted me to smoke with her. At the time i didnt want to.
When I went back to NYC for a month, I got some there and figure it would help get women here.
So far, *squat*
Twice a female came over to my place and bought 420 with her and we smoked it up.
That was before I got my own.
It helps get them mellow, but not sure it makes them any hornier

Of course alcohol makes them horniers but I would think they would choose weed because they will at least be in control of themselves and of course not passout. If you can get them to do both even better.
