I see his point, some of the mega-rich that are destroying our country (by hiring illegals and bringing them in en masse to work their factory farms etc, then always bailing them out of jail after they kill our wives in DUI accidents or rape our daughters or rob and murder our sons) are doing it with impunity since they can afford bodyguards and private security.
This looks like a guide to negating that.
