Turns out the fucker won't be charged with a crime. Apparently the statute of limitations for "violence against a child" as a misdemeanor is 5 years.
And the DA made a statement, so says twitter, that they officially won't bring charges against him.
Time for vigilante justice, ladies and gentlemen?
