Record everything. Get her to e-mail you some how (trick her into it). When you receive e-mails the IP address is saved and logged in the header of the message which is hidden to the average user.
Any IT person with the slightest clue can get this information from any email.
Then wait for her to post it to your friends or family.. Hell you can even do it right now and she can be charged for this.
It is extremely serious stuff, the authorities take this seriously.
