All that unraveled in the pedo replies were the inability to backup their claims of "how my ip works". I mean, you might of well of just said "u gaiz don no whacha talkin bout". So I'll enlighten you, it's a basic part of internet communication protocols to send your IP address whenever you connect to another site, request a web page, chat, play an online game, etc. Without your IP address, the computer on the other end wouldn't know where to send the reply. But, all the ip address provides is the ISP (Internet Service Provider), and I already explained in the fifth comment as to how the law would go about gaining your geographical location, they must do so through your ISP with a court order to present them with a log of who used the IP at a specific date and time. Now again about proxies, proxies simply make it difficult for someone to identify your IP, but you will never be 100% anonymous, because proxy servers too have logs, and if someone were to chain proxies, the law would have to go through each proxy server until they find the original IP, so your physical location is no secret, it's just protected, but the protection can do nothing in the face of the law, all it depends on is if they want you or not. So in regards to the first comment, it isn't easy to find someones geographical location, especially if they are chaining proxies which require much time and effort to narrow down, and can result in failure depending on the proxy servers, and that is why the law normally deals with the site (the host) rather than dealing with every infectious pedo, take away or clean up their cesspool of a home and then they have to find another, or just give up.
