The OP is a fool. If your local law enforcement agency wants you they can have you. All they have to do is court order your ISP to present them with logs of information on who used the IP address at the time and place of whatever crime. Also, there is no such thing as 100% anonymity, so even if you use proxies, the proxy servers have a log of your IP address, and a lot of proxy servers do not have the same privacy policies as ISP's do, and whatever story you try to come up with is void, possession is possession, distribution is distribution, and production is production, even if it is only one picture, and even if it is deleted it is still on your hard drive until it is overwritten. Yes it is true that agencies have their hands full, have bigger fish to fry, and do not have the resources to go after everyone, but all you're doing is gambling with your life, because they like to make examples out of people like you, to help deter future criminals, and if they select you it's over, kind of like the lottery, but all you can win is time in prison, so count yourself lucky if you don't get caught. But I do agree that the goody two shoes who try to intimidate with threats should do something more productive, like help out and report illegal material, and don't think you can't make a difference, many of the sites I've reported have been pressured to clean up or ultimately shut down.
