I found out that my daughter is using Chatroulette. I don't know much about it, I googled it a bit, but i've never actually used it. I get the basic idea. What i don't understand is if it's "completely" random. Is there anyway to pick a particular person to chat with, or even narrow down the pool? I'm trying to decide if i should confront her and tell her she's not allowed to use it. Or do some "research" first and try to find out just what she's using it for.

You can narrow down the pool but from what I can tell that is in the premium features.
