Probably just the icebreaker, most of the time it is somewhat awkward until the conversation gets going a little bit.

That is a tough one. Most women are looking for more than sex. So a simple pickup lines won't cut it. If your intentions become too obvious, it will scare away many women too. Normally the awkwardness of breaking the ice is circumvented by the Some locations, like pubs or discotheques, are obvious socializing venues. You are expected to meet new people and maybe even hook up. The problem is that these locations are rarely disability friendly. In all my life I've only seen one or two people with a disability while out at night.

I guess there is no generic icebreaker I can offer. You'll just have to wing it, move on if it doesn't work and don't get frustrated.
