I remember that movie. The one you describe was the only bondage scene. Here's what I remember. A woman takes a taxi to work (apparently in New York City), while she has a vibrator buzzing in her pussy. The taxi driver is annoyed with the buzzing and thinks its the meter; he keeps hitting it in an attempt to stop the buzzing. So she gets to her workplace, where some kind of porn magazine is published. As each letter is read, you see the scene played out like a flashback. The first one is very vanilla, and each successive one is slightly more kinky.
