I cant fake but I can tell you they don´t work for xray.
You need pictures where the area you want to see (tits, nipple, vagina, ass) gets very much light. Sunlight or photo flash.
Xraying is nothing more than making the light the area got more visible. No light, no xray.
And second: The cloth must let that light through. A normal tshirt is good, the thinner the better.
Just imagine holding the cloth against the sun. The more you would see, the more you could xray.
