You can pick up wireless spycams online pretty cheap, or even at some radio shacks. Once you have one, it's a simple job to connect it to a tablet computer, and you can watch and record the stream without anyone knowing what you're doing. If you splurge a little, you could even get one with enough range so that you're not standing right next to it...
