No actually infertile MEN can be cured or at least with medical help they can still get a woman pregnant.
You, as a woman, literally do not produce the right equipment to impregnate anyone. You have the eggs, but you can't fertilize them nor can you fertilize anyone else's eggs.
Im wondering if you believe in the rest of science or if biology happens to be the one field where you think it doesn't apply to you or it just isn't true.

Big bang?
Evolution?
Law of gravity?
Law of thermodynamics?
