Anyone can be a racist,
being proud of your own race is silly imo though i wouldn't call that racism,, i'm white but don't agree with a lot of stuff 'whites' have done eg. colonization of africa slavery etc..., and don't identify myself with the white race, cause i don't believe in racial identity.
you're making some good points though, the whole positive discrimination thing has gone way to far and can be seen as racist as well (BET, black pageants etc...)
and does more harm than good imho, ppl need to focus less on racial identity these examples you list only highlight the differences between different ethnicities.
