People have different opinions on sexual or not so that is basically impossible to enforce. You can tell someone that their opinion or thought is illegal.

This is not a matter of a user's opinion. It IS illegal for a pornography website to host pictures of underage persons, nude or non-nude, under the same domain.
The dictating authority on whether or not this is a porno website would be the opinion of the judge.
So in this case, your opinion does not matter.

On that you are right. People can have different opinions on what is considered sexual. However, this is a pornography site. The US law(where Motherless has it servers) is clear on this matter. No content of anyone under the age of 18 is allowed on a pornographic site.

This is OP btw and tell me how 2 girls in bikinis at a pool is sexual. If that is sexual then every public pool should be shut down right? I can understand if its a little girl displayed in a sexual way but teenage girls in bikinis and the person posting them gets banned is fucking outrageous. Your argument is invalid, go white knight somewhere else.

Posting them on a fap website, is sexual in itself enough. Not saying he should've gotten banned for that, but you must agree that he did not just post that purely for non sexual aesthetics.

yea this website has pornographic ads all over the place, it's almost entirely porn videos.....and you don't consider that a sexual context? is this really a place to "share family photos?" you're right, it is subjective, but i think a porn site is pretty obvious in this case.
