I'm more than well aware of the Tor network and the various onion sites out there; OPVA for example is perhaps the most extreme of them. I'm talking about a board-style interaction site like ML that still allows free speech in all its glory. Where you're allowed to say what you would do to someone or something no matter what the ages or species or whatever involved. Ok, saying you did something illegal is a bit of self-incrimination, but surely if you start the "confession" post with the preface that it's "just fantasy", then surely your free speech rights are not compromised? I just want a site where the limit is based on common sense rather than the moral views of an individual mod.
