You could always go classical and choose "Bolero" by Ravel. It's kind of boring just to listen to but really can wind you up while your slamming away. Another choice would be Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture," where you'd save your hardest thrusts for the moments when the cannons kick in.

I like the idea of classical music. But I'm not going to slamming away. Think of a rape that lasts a few hours, with tools...
