You definitely need to talk to your wife about this and how it makes you feel after-the-fact and that it killed any desire in you to pursue an FFM (which I found is overrated unless the girls are into each other too, much to my dismay). If you don't talk to your wife and clear this up, you may find that she takes it as license to continue (with or without you). Look for signs of this (e.g., renewed interest in working out/getting in shape/dieting, new "girls' nights out," etc.) I've had similar thoughts about trying MMF with my wife because it sounds hot, but thought it better to stay as a fantasy for the very reason you noted in your story (post fun regret). I think it would be a lot easier when done with someone you don't have an emotional connection with. Good luck.
