I know people that have gotten surgery in thailand. You're just under preconceived notions of third world countries, and don't know that millions of people fly to Thailand every year for healthcare. Read a book fucktard. There's sites of hundreds of transsexuals who vouch for these surgeons. Go be an ignorant fuck somewhere else.
