Hear me now ,and understand me later...W.T.F. do I have to hide? This is the advantage a conscious gives you. I know right from wrong there is no grey only black and white

Windows:
CCleaner with overwrite enabled

Linux:
BleachBit with overwrite enabled

Both: Run "Free Space" overwrite once a week or month

Better:
Set an encrypted drive as your temporary storage folder
