I'm new to uploading here and did read the help sections but am apparently a fucking idiot. If I am watching a free video some where, get myself all excited over it, and save it, can I upload it here if it has their .com on it? It doesn't have the "copyright" symbol or text and I see lots of clips here with other websites names on them. So am I good to go if I upload some like that or is that something the TOU is saying not to do even without the copyright text on the vid?
And does it matter if I upload a clip 20 other people have also uploaded here from somewhere else? I catch the same thing posted by different people, so I don't know how that works.
