Yes, see, this is the kind of answer I was hoping for. That IS my biggest concern...what if he is not into it at all, and suddenly thinks I'm some sick twisted freak and we never speak again. I have been doing a lot of teasing all summer and I know he checks me out. I'm pretty sure he's been in my toy drawer, and i KNOW he took a nude pic of me off my phone. The dingbat emailed it to himself! But that's what kind of made this escalate. Being a boy and jerking it to a a naked girl, even if she's your sister is one thing but it's a big leap to letting her suck you off. And quite honestly, maybe I only want to do it once...what if he does want it, and wants more. And then flips because I wont do it again.

Drunk seems harmless but it's not. I've witnessed it between a friend and his mom. I'll tell you that it works but the fallout was bad. Trust someone who has been doing this since they were a kid.. both need to be fully aware you will appreciate that down the road. At the end of the day, your sucking his dick. Really not that big of a deal. When you start to talk sex, it's a bit of a different story. Try it your way but definitely be sure he's into it. Good luck!

Good point about if he keeps wanting after you don't. The drunk idea helps with that too - its understandable you might not want it again - especially if you say you don't remember that and please don't mention it again lol.
Another potential issue with letting him escalate is he may be too afraid your not into it - even if its obvious, or just too scared to make a move. I know when I was in high school I had more than one opportunity from girls that wanted to mess around looking back, but at the time I couldn't believe they really said what they said, and being inexperienced I had no idea how to respond. I would freeze up, get super awkward and finally change the subject. They probably thought I didn't want it - I definitely did and kick myself now for being such an idiot. A couple of them were hot too!

you could always keep giving him hints, teasing him
another option would be for you to "forget" a bikini piece or just any panties or bras in the middle of his clean laundry, spy on him from your room if he does anything to it before "returning" it, either directly to you or the clean laundry pile
