I think you answered yourself.... if you or her are not ready, don't force it. If I'm reading this right, she's either your daughter or niece. Let her make the decision whether to take it further or not

ahhhhhh.... well same advice...... don't rush anything, if you force her into something she's not ready for she won't like it and eventually may end the relationship over it. As long as your both happy with the way things are going..... stay the course and give her time. If she has an open mind and and has liked the way things have turned out so far, sex on cam won't be far behind.
