i was thinking that compensation could be paid to north american negro associations for the benefit and advancement of the african american peoples.
when you justify it by saying that the slighted people are all dead, it is poor form, old chap. it is like the swiss banks that held onto the nazi gold and refuse to give it back to the descendants of the rightful jewish owners, or that german chap with all those lost masterpieces that were stolen by the nazis.
Restitution needs to be made.
