My subscriptions haven't been updated in a while. I didn't know whether to post the problem here or send a direct support ticket. I decided I'd see if anyone else has the problem first and then go from there. So has anyone else had the problem? Or do I just need to contact the site?

Good luck with trying to contact the site.

Users have been trying to do that for the longest while. But no one answers.

If they happen to respond, all they do is post a picture to make fun of you.
