Everything your feeling is valid. Just be aware that at 30 you WILL have a new day. Trust me, I'm TWENTY years past that and have been where you are. There's a movie out there that is really hard to watch, so I don't recommend it, but in that they actually interview a guy who jumped from a bridge and lived. He said that everything in his life seemed unsolvable-- until he stepped off the bridge. In that moment, that quick fleeting second, he realized that is was ALL solvable, and he had been tricked. Imagine how many people end it all and have that same feeling, but then it's too late. So the advice you're getting from a porn board is pretty stellar so far. Get to a meeting (AA) or go to a counselor. You can be in a TOTALLY different place in just a short time. No one even needs to know you're going. Just go. Take it step-by-step, day by day, even hour by hour. But get a sponsor and reach out you'll be surprised how positive things can get. Understand you're not even close to being alone in this, and you can do a lot of good with the rest of the life you've got left.
