Best advice, get off motherless and get out. Talk to two girls a day and don't let yourself jerk off until you've done so. Jerking off constantly will curb the primal drive that makes you aggressively seek out a mate. There's nothing wrong with jerking off per se, but it shouldn't be your entire sex life.
Also, strip clubs. Practice talking to the girls there and make a little eye contact. They'll usually bullshit with you about anything and there's no pressure to be witty.
