@KittyAgy four would be enough. Remember that this would be the final step in a step-by-step house training programme. You'd have time to adapt and respond to training like any other pet.

@KittyAgy no. Four.

First thing.
Lunchtime.
6pm.
Just before you're put in your cage - which might be anywhere from 9pm to 2am.

You may be used to more but you can be trained to that schedule, especially if it coincides with feeding time.

@KittyAgy this pair seem to be well behaved, to be let outside with basic collars and leashes. A prong collar to stop her from pulling or even a shock collar are wiser until you're certain your bitch will obey.

Not only would you be taken out together, but to a set schedule. Toilet, then feeding (from bowls), then milking. The same routine first thing, at lunchtime, at around 6pm and just before you're caged for the night.

If you own multiple bitches, deal with their functions together. It saves your time and reinforces that their needs have to meet your convenience. A good time to do this is after your meal but before theirs.
