This is my first attempt at punishing my cock and balls. CBT. I tied some yarn real tight around my balls and banded my dick with rubber bands until it was limp, like using a elastrator . My balls were on fire, but I left them tied up for 15 minutes.
But my plan failed. It didn't take much stroking for a load to push past rubber bands. I'll try a hose clamp next time.
