Previously she didn't use the washroom when the opportunity presented itself, so while serving guests at a party, the need to pee became urgent, Master wouldn't give her permission to relive herself, and she ended up wetting herself in front of the guest, most of whom laughed at her cruelly.
Next time she had to pee, she did so on the sly, with no permission and was caught. Now she wears a diaper.
