[b]I have been following several threads that have been deleted recently. How does the system handle threads that are "reported as spam"?

Do they get reviewed by a moderator or do the threads just get deleted if they are reported X number of times? Which would make it possible for 1 person with several accounts to delete threads they don't like or threads posted by people they don't like making themselves self appointed moderators.

I think this system needs to be evaluated to keep people from taking over the site.
