The girls appear at around 11:04 mark. It's not the full concert though.

@Andre_tk8 Based on the video, it's Pasion de Sabado, filmed on Caseros, Tres de Febrero, Buenos Aires, Argentina. If I go by what I can find online, this occured during an inauguration of an amphitheater on 09/20/2014, and seeing clips from that day, it checks out (I think). My only problem is that I can't find that exact clip because I don't know where to find an HD copy of the full episode (and I'm not from Argentina).
