I'd love to see some more variety in the stab locations. I know bellies are the crowd favorite, but you've got her whole body available to target, why not play around a bit and mix things up sometimes? That said, even though bellies aren't my favorite poking place, this was still hot as hell!

Sooo boring xP You've got the whole body at your mercy and you poke only the belly button, on all three girls. I know many people enjoy belly stabs, but man do I wish that these films were even just a tiny bit more creative. At least spread the stabs out over all the belly area if you're not going to take advantage of her other vulnerable areas. Having more specific fetishes in an already small fetish community makes searching for satisfying content feel like trying to locate water in a desert.

I love it when they just do the mock procedure, no weird rape stuff or creepy fondling, just acting out what might actually go on in an examination. I know, it's an odd fantasy for me to enjoy it more without any overtly sexual stuff, but hey, we are all our own brands of weirdos here XD

Hmmm, the arrow seems somewhat misaligned, either the fletching half should move more outwards towards her arm, or the point should be coming out between her fingers, or through her hand. Other than that, quite spectacular! See my comment on the companion pic for my full opinion :)

Her expression and hand placement are just perfect for this! So many manips ignore what the subject is actually doing and her emotions so it is a pleasure to see one that takes full advantage of a good pose! You look at her face and easily imagine that she struggles to take a full breath, pressing her hand to her chest, hoping to somehow relieve the pressure of the shaft and barb puncturing her heart or lung. She only has moments left to live.

Ah yes, the hip stab, well know for being instantly fatal xD I know that not really caring for belly stabs and strangles puts me in the minority of snuff lovers but I do wish there were more good heart stabs out there. Dark Rooms usually does such great stuff, even with their belly stabbings, but this one is almost lame it's so cheesy :P

I love the filmwork of these, Catharsis had the jump cuts, suggestive motions and prop switching down perfect. No clunky CGI showing an obviously fake blade sliding weirdly into the body with no effect on the skin, no oddly straight trickles of blood zooming down from bullet wounds. I wish another studio had taken up the same style.
