I cant find any info on this and i am wondering if any one can help? My Girl is 420lbs and i am 160. we would like to have sex in her belly button its big and deep ! so i can fit, i am 7" and 2 round, but we are concerned. we don't know if we can, or will she get an infection, or even how we clean it when we are done? do we use body wash? or will it clean its self out over time? there are no links here to deal with Sex n safety or medical issues. and i dont really want to google it. new to this whole thing. sorry and thank you.
