Yeah, that's my question, too. These are pretty flirty pics, are you guys already flirting? How are you getting the pics? My advice is to wait a year, until she's out of your class at least. Then she's A ) not your student, so it's still bad but not like she's directly able to benefit from it, and B ) if she's just using you for a grade then you know better. If she still wants to flirt and isn't in a position to get a grade from it, then you know she's actually into you.

During university, a friend of mine in her early 20's was secretly hooking up with one of our young professors and noone knew about it until a big drunken confession she made at a party in our final year.
