That's the way I see it too. If this has already been going on for 8 months or more, dive in and call it a relationship. It seems you two connect both physically and emotionally. If you don't mind her having a kid, lock her in for good. Everyone moves on at a different pace and I'm willing to bet you're ready for her more than you know. One day she just might find someone else and you will be in the same position you were before. At least give it a chance! She really does sound like a keeper!
