No, with the wire that close it would be constant contact so constant shocks. Much better for her to feel the cold metal razors against her skin and knowing that every movement risks a cut.
Probably thread the wire up between her legs and make sure that the razors are nestled between her lips - let her cut her cunt open as i beat her - that would give some good screams!!!
