To the poster a few posts up that thinks we're going to run out of oil soon:

The KNOWN oil reserves of the planet are 1.1 trillion and 1.3 trillion barrels (source: Scientific American - http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=squeezing-more-oil ) This DOES NOT include the oil fields we have not yet discovered.

Now its obvious from you libtards and eco-fags based on all of your other posts that you'll choose to remain ignorant rather then educate yourselves and read the above study, since it completely disproves and ruins your arguments for your "green energy" faggotry.

Your biggest enemy is the truth, because then Americans and Europeans will demand that all the funding for your bullshit junk environmentalism will be stopped. You guys are the biggest bunch of douchebags on the planet.

I've seen figures like this also from Bloomberg, Fox News, Wall Street Journal, and even the New York Times. BTW, that translates into over 100 years worth of fuel, and thats only from the oil fields we know about at this moment!

Ignorance is bliss with environmentalists and the far left.

So your argument ignoring all other sources and just going off of the link you posted is that we're running out of oil in 30-40 years but we aren't really running out because technology that doesn't currently exist will be invented and more well will be found despite companies like Shell, Exxon, and Chevron saying that they are already have a pretty complete map of all major untapped oil reserves and those reserves are included in the 30-40 year estimate that they themselves support as being accurate. You then go on to expand this to that cleaner better forms of energy should be completely abandoned in favor of continuing to use oil since we're not running out because new technology will be invented that doesn't currently exist that will stop us from running out.

Ignoring the absurdity of abandoning alternative technologies on the assumption that these currently non existent savior oil technologies will be invented before we run out of oil. Why would we not want to use a cleaner healthier source of energy? Oil is bad for people period. There is nothing safe or healthy about any petroleum products used in any manner including power, vehicles, plastics, everything none of them are safe or healthy for a sustainable environment. So why would you even want to argue in favor of not cutting down their use regardless of if we're running out or not?

You have to post some sources, you have to post some facts before they can be ignored, idiot. How many times does this need to be said over and over again? This is the problem with libards, they post, they talk, and they never listen, nor learn.

Once again you blather on about your beliefs as if they're fact. THEY'RE NOT, they're only WHAT YOU THINK. Post facts with the source from which they came or STFU with your drivel and quit wasting our time!!!
