So I'm 40-something with a legal teen-something step daughter. We were never particularly close while she was growing up, but now that she is away at college we have gotten closer. I have been attracted to her for a while. She is a late bloomer but now that she has bloomed she looks absolutely amazing. Sexy, tight teenage body, big 32DDD tits (yes, I have checked), great ass (little bit of fat on the ass, just enough to make it stick out more than a flat board), and love to take great care of herself.
My thing is this. I don't know if it's because I want there to be a mutual attraction, or if there actually is, but she keeps dropping what seem to be these little hints to me. When she is visiting, which is often, she wears revealing clothes around the house when her mom isn't home. If she catches me looking she gives me the look that I remember from being that age. Not disapproving, sly, a daring kind of "what are you going to do about it" kind of thing. The fucking crux of it all is when her mom is home she covers up. Just this summer, after a day at the beach, she cornered me upstairs while still in her bikini and put my hand on her midsection near her tits for no good reason. I couldn't hide the shock on my face at the time, so she said something to the effect of "feel how hot the sun got my skin".
Just today, I was in the kitchen doing something or another, and she made her way in there, stood a little too close, and kept looking at me like she wanted to say something but didn't. I know I'm a bit into her, but I am also rational enough that I know what flirting looks like and how a teenager acts when they have an attraction and are playing coy about it. I'm at least 75% sure that this is that kind of situation, but it's that 25% that makes me back off. If the feeling is mutual, great, but I don't dare pursue it for risk of fucking up pretty much my entire life if my hunch is wrong.
So what about it, pervs? Am I making too much of normal human behavior, or should I take it to the next step? If so, what is a discreet next step to take it to, where if things go wrong I'm not totally fucked?

Man... See I had these kind of problem ... quite close similar.. but man, what I did.. I wont ever regret it.. was so amazing... See, for you to get out of doubts.. When she comes close to you, and gives the look, or simply looks at you... moves your hands behind her back (Not her ass) and bringer her closer, looking right at her eyes... Dont Kiss her or anything... Just bring her close, and ask something like ''Sweetie (Or however you call her) Is there anything I can do for you?'' and thats it.. look for corporal language or her reaction.. Then you got your answer..
Hope it works.. Tell me how things go.. and by doing these theres nothing that you do wrong.. You simply brought her close, look at her eyes, and asked her a question... but man, let me tell you from personal experience when a Younger wants it.. and gives it to you.. You never regret it ;)... however is she ask you to, F her do it.. if she kisses you.. go slowly.. or these might be just like telling her.. If you want something, ill give it to you no Problem.
